74.5 Kilos, hungry, and dehydrated at my local pub. I am holding what remains of my belly. As you can see from my crazed expression, I am getting pumped up about the success of my diet.
As a hypochondriac I am also concerned that it may be lung cancer, despite the lack of a cough or chest pain. In any event, it is well overdue that I give up smoking too. Three cigarettes last week.
